OVERLOAD / POLICY
Terms of Service
By using Overload or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
Overload provides lag services for Roblox servers you own or have explicit permission to use. You are responsible for having that permission.
2. Payments
Payment is made via PayPal (paypal.me/overloadforreals) for the exact plan amount shown on the order page. You must include your exact Roblox username in the PayPal payment note so we can match your order. Orders without a clear username note may be delayed until we can identify the payment.
3. No refunds
All sales are final. No refunds after payment is completed, for any reason, including change of mind, unused service, username mistakes, or delayed delivery. By paying, you accept this no-refunds policy.
4. Order progress
After payment is confirmed by us, your order status updates as we process your request. Timing can vary depending on availability and whether you have accepted friend requests / joined the server as instructed.
5. Acceptable use
You may only request lag on servers you own or where the owner gave you clear permission. Misuse, abuse, or fraud may result in refusal of service without refund.
6. Independence
Overload is independent and not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
